Rebecca Wootton
Head of Production
Rebecca joined Wildstar as a Production Executive in June 2021 after previously working as a Production Executive and Line Producer for various Bristol based indies. In May 2022, Rebecca was promoted to Head of Production.
Over her 20+ year career Rebecca has worked across a whole range of genres including natural history, factual entertainment and documentaries, delivering series to both UK & US broadcasters. Rebecca has a passion for creating complex budgets and schedules and managing large teams of people while filming across the globe. Along with her day-to-day role, Rebecca is a Project Manager for the Wildstar Academy, a co-chair of the Fremantle Mental Health & Wellbeing employee led group and is also school governor to two schools in the Chew Valley.
Some of Rebecca’s previous projects include Epic Adventures with Bertie Gregory, America’s National Parks, Handmade: Britian’s Best Woodworker, John Bishop’s Great Whale Rescue and The Great British Bake Off.
